Nutritional therapy works by uncovering the underlying issues that afflict us, and offering an individualised plan to resolve them. Whether it’s stubborn chronic challenges (e.g. low energy, poor sleep, skin issues, anxiety) or demanding and irregular lifestyles (e.g. frequent traveling, stressful work environment, lack of motivation or time), nutritional therapy can guide you to better foundational health.

Kat’s belief is that there is no quick fix; it takes time to become unwell, and time to get better. But by looking closely at our nutrient intake, our existing health status, our habits and our environment, we can establish a new baseline so that we are not held back—either by what’s happening outside of the body, or by what might be happening within it.

Kat works with clients through three programmes over a period of 12 weeks: Essential, Signature, and Complete. Each programme is designed to accommodate your individual needs, offering tailored support to guide you today and into the future. Prices start at £395.

Essential

A straightforward approach to reset and recalibrate the body.

Step 1

Before your initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a health review questionnaire and a 3-day food diary to ensure our time together is most effective.

Step 2

You will have an in-depth 90 minute, 1:1 online consultation with Kat. During this time, you will get to know one another and deep dive into your presenting symptoms, medical history, nutrition and lifestyle habits, and any potential barriers or challenges to be aware of.

Step 3

Kat will create your bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan including goals, dietary suggestions, lifestyle strategies, supplement recommendations, GP and functional testing referrals (if applicable). This plan will be delivered during a 20 minute call to allow space for questions.

Step 4

You will have a 45 minute follow up session 4 weeks later to review your progress, adjust and discuss next steps.

Step 5

The Essential programme will conclude with a 45 minute session to review your progress over the last 12 weeks and establish protocols to sustain your health and wellbeing.

Signature

A fortnightly programme for ongoing support to shift successfully into a new routine.

Step 1

Step 2

You will have an in-depth 90 minute, 1:1 online consultation with Kat. During this time, you will get to know one another and deep dive into your presenting symptoms, medical history, nutrition and lifestyle habits, and any potential barriers or challenges to be aware of.

Step 3

Kat will create your bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan including goals, dietary suggestions, lifestyle strategies, supplement recommendations, GP and functional testing referrals (if applicable). This plan will be delivered during a 20 minute call to allow space for questions.

Step 4

You will meet with Kat for 20 or 45 minutes every two weeks to establish routine, troubleshoot challenges and modulate as needed. These fortnightly sessions are designed for you to bring any issues you need extra attention on. Adjustments to the nutrition and lifestyle protocol will be made as required.

Step 5

The Signature programme will conclude with a 45 minute session to review your progress over the last 12 weeks and establish protocols to sustain your health and wellbeing.

Complete

A weekly nutritional therapy programme for comprehensive, always-on support.

Step 1

Before your initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a health review questionnaire and a 3-day food diary to ensure our time together is most effective.

Step 2

You will have an in-depth 90 minute, 1:1 online consultation with Kat. During this time, you will get to know one another and deep dive into your presenting symptoms, medical history, nutrition and lifestyle habits, and any potential barriers or challenges to be aware of.

Step 3

Kat will create your bespoke nutrition and lifestyle plan including goals, dietary suggestions, lifestyle strategies, supplement recommendations, GP and functional testing referrals (if applicable). This plan will be delivered during a 20 minute call to allow space for questions.

Step 4

To offer the highest level of support, you will meet with Kat for weekly sessions of 20 or 45 minutes. Weekly check-ins allow for timely responses to questions or concerns, as well as accommodate adaptable planning for clients that require adjustable protocols (e.g. frequent travellers, irregular work schedules, last minute demands). Nutrition and lifestyle suggestions will be updated as needed, ensuring you have everything you need on a week-by-week basis.

Step 5

The Complete programme ensures the successful implementation of the plan into your own way-of-living and concludes with a final check-in, to establish future protocols.
